Why do we need this widom? Wisdom gives us everything. Nothing can be done without consciousness.
The technique towards the consciousness is' VISAAKAM'. To attain this we need physical strength, physical wellness, joy, glory, wealth, harmony.
Visaakam gives the inner strength to all queries, without being questioned, a vision of natures secrets, and a fulfilled life. All these combined we call it yoga practice. Visaakam gives this.
